Lucky

So... It's been a long time since I've posted anything on this blog. That usually means that we have been busy having fun. I've just got a minute to write about something that has been heavy on my mind today.

Mothers Day

Started out great. Brett didn't have any early morning meetings so it was nice to have him get the boys ready for 9:00 church. This is the first year Ethan walked up to the pulpit with all the primary kids to sing Dear Mother all flowers remind me of you. I cried the WHOLE TIME. 

It was so much fun to hear Happy Mothers Day from everyone around. Mostly from Brett, Ethan, through Todds smile, My Brother, Mom and Dad. This year I have felt SO lucky to be a Mom. Looking back of how I was able to become a Mother to these two special Boys.

I am ever so grateful for their wonderful Birth Mothers. I feel so blessed to have to special Women to think of today. Without them I would not have felt so blessed as I felt that day and every day. 

My dear husband, Brett spoils me like crazy and can always find the best gifts for me.  

The Forget Me Not Flower has been my favorite flower for a long time. It was in Alaska that I truly fell in love with this little flower that grows everywhere. Then President Uchdorft (He's my LDS Sean Connery) gave that wonderful talk at the - October 2011 General Relief Society Meeting. Every Women in the World needed to hear what He said that night. 

Then Brett gave me this Beautiful picture of the Salt Lake Temple. 

It is just perfect. It makes me cry thinking about Temple Blessing and the day we were Married in this beautiful Temple. 

On another note... Todd is now Six Months Old. It makes me cry just thinking about it. He has brought so much Joy into our lives. We are going to court on Tuesday to finalize his adoption and then to the temple on Saturday to be Sealed to him forever. I am so grateful for the Temple Blessings and that our Family is FOREVER.
